Summary

For industrial wastewater pretreatment from 0 - 100gpm, we have a packaged system to meet the requirements of your facility. For larger than 100gpm flow rates, custom designed component systems make better economical sense. We can assist in the design and implementation of these systems, but they are not covered here.

These self-contained wastewater treatment systems are constructed of high-quality stainless steel for long-life and durability.

On the low end of the flow rates, batch processing is utilized -- batch sizes of 50, 100, and 300 gallon are available.

Continuos flow units are built for maximum flows of 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100 gpm. You would need to select the unit that is the size larger than your actual flow requirements.

Keep in mind that intermittant use may dictate that a larger unit be installed to meet the weekly and monthly volume needs of your facility.

Basic operation of the batch units is as follows:  The reaction tank is filled with water, then the required Enerco chemistry is added to create a floc. After mixing the tank is drained through a filter cloth and the clean water is collected in a second tank for either reuse or discharge. They systems are designed to be able to process up to 3 batches per hour.

The continuous flow units internally overflow by gravity from tank to tank as the needed reaction chemistry is added. Final overflow of floc and water drains onto a self-advancing filter cloth bed where the sludge is thickened and dropped into a dumpster/hopper. The clean water is collected below for reuse or discharge.
